Grade QL110: Standard Quartz Tube
Given the exceptional transmission in UV, visible and IR ranges, QL110 is widely used by lamp makers for Halogen, HID, Germicidal, and a variety of other lighting applications.
Grade QL120: Ozone Free or Germicidal Lamp Tube
Transmits UV-A and UV-B while blocking deep, high-energy wavelength that cause ozone generation and pose the greatest exposure risks. QL120 efficiency transmits the 253.7 nm mercury emission making it an ideal material for disinfection applications and UV treatments.
Grade QL130: Doped Quartz Tube
Transmittance cutoff wavelength between 350-400 nm while blocking UV-B and UV-C radiation, ideal for lamps requiring maximum visible transmittance with nearly complete UV protection. Well-suited for applications that require minimal UV exposure to protect people or property.
