QUARTZ PRODUCTS FOR HEATERS

Quartz tubes and Quartz plates are widely used in INFRARED HEATERS due to their excellent thermal and optical properties.   Quartz tubes act as protective housing for the heating element and allow for rapid heat-up and cool-down times. They also offer excellent thermal shock resistance and can be designed for specific wavelength ranges to match heating requirements.   Quartz plates act as shields to protect the IR heating element.   Their excellent thermal stability and IR transparency allows minimal heat loss and maximal energy transfer.   

Valiant Quartz Products for Heaters

QL110 Transparent Quartz Tubes: Allows for high infrared transmission and is often used in applications requiring rapid heating.

QL210 Translucent Quartz Tubes: Diffuses the infrared radiation and can be useful for applications where a broader heat distribution is needed.

Twin-Bore Quartz Tubes: Improves thermal efficiency and enables higher heat output in a compact form. Gold reflector on the tubes is available.

QL220 Opaque Quartz Tubes: Uses in radiant round IR heaters, allowing for efficient and uniform heat transfer. Standard diameter ranges from 2-12".

QL510 Large Diameter Tubes: Acts as housing in various furnaces, heaters, and burners with OD options up to 800mm.   

QL410 Quartz Plates: Fits in different panel heaters with polished or ground surfaces. Custom sizes are available in short lead time.
